My political views... I have some views that might be considered "socialist" and others that might be considered "libertarian." I think the non-governmental sector (non-profits, churches, hospitals) should be charged with social reforms, and the government should be a service that funnels tax money to accountable, independent non-profits organizations that compete for the chance to offer social programs, rather than building larger and larger bureaucracies and/or slashing needed services to individuals and families. I support the military, but think far too much is spent on weapons and not enough on the humans who sacrifice their lives using those weapons. Oh, and I think the stock market is legalized gambling and should be replaced with mandatory personal savings. !
